SYMPTOMS
========
The Backup program included in U.S. Service Pack 2 does not back up
registry hives.
WORKAROUND
==========
To temporarily work around this problem, install an earlier version of
the Backup program.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in U.S. Service Pack 2 for
Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was
corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack. For information on obtaining the
Service Pack, query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base
(without the spaces):
